Sehr geehrte Geschäftspartner,

um die stetige Expansion unserer Gruppe personell zu unterstützen, haben wir Herrn Dorian Schröper als Mitgeschäftsführer der DOC Gruppe und deren Firmen
Agrimondo Srl, Agroexim Grup Srl und Kiara Laci Srl ernannt.

Dorian Schröper bringt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Getreidehandel mit besonderem Fokus auf Ost- und Mitteleuropa mit und besetzte leitende Funktionen in
verschiedenen Unternehmen.

Dorian Schröper wird sich vorallem um die Bereiche Administration, Vetragsrecht, Handel und Logistik kümmern.

Seine Führungserfahrung und innovative Vision werden dazu beitragen unser Wachstum und unseren Erfolg in den kommenden Jahren voranzutreiben.
Weiter wurde Herr Iulian Necula, der in unserem Unternehmen seit Jahren in der Funktion eines Direktors tätig ist, ebenfalls zum Mitgeschäftsführer der DOC Gruppe
und deren kontrollierten Firmen ernannt. Iulian Necula wird die Bereiche Einkauf, Lagerung, Qualitätssicherung und Landwirtschaft führen.

Thomas Thüring wird weiterhin der Unternehmensgruppe als CEO vorstehen.

In order to support the continuous expansion of our group, we have appointed Mr. Dorian Schröper as Co-Managing Director of the DOC Group and its companies
Agrimondo Srl, Agroexim Grup Srl, and Kiara Laci Srl.

Dorian Schröper brings over 20 years of experience in the grain trade, with a particular focus on Eastern and Central Europe, and has held management positions in
various companies.

Dorian Schröper will primarily be responsible for administration, contract law, trade, and logistics.

His leadership experience and innovative vision will contribute to driving our growth and success in the coming years.

Furthermore, Mr. Iulian Necula, who has served as a director in our company for many years, has also been appointed Co-Managing Director of the DOC Group and its
controlled companies. Iulian Necula will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing, quality assurance, and agriculture.

Thomas Thüring will continue to lead the group as CEO.
